Online Coaching Pricing
Coaching Packages include check ins done on a weekly basis with updates, a meal plan catered to you, a training plan tailored to your goals, and contact through our platforms and our What'sApp.

Online Coaching charged per month.
3 Month Package

Personal Training
1 on 1 Personal Training Session with one of our qualified trainers
Initial Consultation
$75
Initial consultation to discuss goals, and complete fitness assessment. From there we will begin working towards successful achievement of those goals, be it weight loss, muscle gain, or just being able to more easily complete daily tasks, such as putting your socks on.
Personal Training Session
$75
One hour training session including warm up and cool down, focusing on crushing your goal for the week.
Ten Pack of Training Sessions
$700
Ten personal training sessions. Must be used in 10 weeks or less.
Twenty Pack of Training Sessions
$1350
Twenty sessions of personal training, pre-paid at our lowest rate. Sessions must be used within a 20 week period.
Posing Coaching
A session with a posing coach in the posing room.
One hour posing session
$120
All prices are plus applicable taxes. All gym fee's/payments are non-refundable. Any cancelled booking without a minimum of 36 hours notice will be charged at full cost. Contact Palkofit@hotmail.com with inquiries.
